Walk-through and estimate
We inspect the entire exterior, identify any rot or damage, talk through colors, and provide a detailed written estimate.
- 02
Power washing
Every exterior gets pressure washed to remove dirt, mildew, chalking, and loose debris. Paint doesn't bond to dirty surfaces.
- 03
Scraping and sanding
Peeling paint gets scraped. Rough spots get sanded smooth. Minor rotted boards and trim get replaced as part of prep (non-structural).
- 04
Caulking and priming
Gaps get caulked, bare wood gets primed, and stains get blocked before any topcoat goes on.
- 05
Painting
We apply two coats of premium exterior paint built for Michigan freeze-thaw cycles. Spraying, brushing, or rolling depending on the surface.
- 06
Cleanup and final walkthrough
Tarps come up, debris is removed, and we walk the entire exterior with you before we call it done.
